The Asia-Pacific Water Forum (APWF) was created in March 2006 at the 4th World Water Forum in Mexico to help address water challenges in the Asia-Pacific region. It is an independent, not-for-profit, non-partisan, non-political network dedicated to solving the region’s water problems.
ADB and partner organizations are convening the Eye on Asia Day on 23 August at this year’s World Water Week in Stockholm, Sweden. The event will highlight some good practices in addressing challenges in water governance and finance and related issues and problems. World Water Week, on 21-27 August, has been the annual focal point for the globe’s water issues since 1991. Visit the World Water Week website.
